Support Centre and Regional Team Struture
Our Support Centre (Head Office) employs around 200 colleagues split into 6 functions: Human Resources, Finance, Marketing/Commercial, Information Services, Operations and Franchising and is located in Aston, Birmingham, just 2 miles from Birmingham City Centre.
Across the UK we have field based colleagues who assist and support our branch network; they operate in the following functions: Area Managers, Regional Managers, Clinical Development Managers, Internal Audit, HR Managers and HR Officers.
The culture of D&A is just as evident in our Support Centre as it in branches. Our colleagues are just as committed in taking personal responsibility and will endeavor to meet the needs of their branch colleagues.
With a fantastic working environment, the Head Office situated on a purpose built Business Park, the site is easily accessible from the City Centre by public transport and easily reached within 2 minutes by car from Junction 6 of the M6 Motorway. The company has secured parking on the Business Park.
